You may cancel your booking or service order under the following conditions:
Before Service Start:
If you cancel a service before it has been initiated or confirmed, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the service type and time of cancellation.
After Service Confirmation or Commencement:
Once a service has been confirmed, assigned, or started, cancellation may not be possible, or a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative or processing costs.
How to Cancel:

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and timing of cancellation:
Full Refund:
If the cancellation request is made within the allowed period and the service has not yet started.
Partial Refund:
If cancellation occurs after partial service delivery or administrative costs have been incurred.
No Refund:
Once the service is fully delivered or completed.
If cancellation occurs beyond the allowed time frame.
For services marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during the transaction.
If a service is delayed or cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances, Sarvo Club Service may:
Offer an alternate schedule, or
Provide a full refund (if the delay is on our end and you choose to cancel).
Once your refund is approved:
You will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If the customer fails to avail of the service without prior notice or cancellation, no refund will be provided.
